[Hampshire] hants.lug.org.uk upgrade

Just a heads up, I'm feeling brave^W foolhardy^W bored.

So I may well be upgrading the hantslug box this evening (etch to
lenny).

I wonder what will break.... I'll prepare some kit-kats just in case.
